Claire Carlson

Classroom Teacher

Claire has a deep sense of calling to work with children in a setting where they can flourish, and her own homeschooling experience included both classical and Charlotte Mason approaches.  She loves the hybrid model because it gives families the best of both worlds: rich, structured learning with peers and individualized attention at home.

Claire graduated from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul and holds degrees in General Music and Biblical Studies, with minors in English and Special Education. She especially enjoys sharing her love for music, math, reading, art, and nature study with children, including at a local homeschool co-op where she currently teaches group piano lessons. Claire desires to love each child as Christ does and to lead students in the pursuit of truth, beauty, goodness, and virtue in every aspect of their education.
