Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. She spent nearly 15 years at General Mills in Research & Development and Supply Chain, where she grew in collaboration, communication, and servant leadership.

After stepping back from corporate life to focus on her family, Michelle immersed herself in the philosophy of Charlotte Mason — completing both a year-long mentorship and an internship, with ongoing training in Mason’s teaching methods. She has homeschooled their children in a hybrid model since 2022 and cherishes the experience as the blessing of a lifetime.
